WHAT YOU'LL DO


As a Fulfillment Specialist you will fulfill courses and deliver them to customers by electronic methods. The Fulfillment Specialist will provide accurate and timely services in a professional manner. Jones & Bartlett Learning, a division of Ascend Learning, is a world-leading provider of instructional, assessment and learning-performance management solutions for the secondary, post-secondary, and professional markets.


On occasion during peak times non-traditional business hours may be required to meet the needs of the customer demand.


WHERE YOU’LL WORK


This position will work remotely within the United States.


HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME



  • Manage a ticket queue and prioritize based on business rules.

  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customers are serviced within the required delivery timeframe.

  • Follow documented process to set courses up for customers on our various platforms.

  • Maintain working knowledge of products, access code procedures, and internal systems.

  • Direct customers to appropriate resources when necessary.

  • Handle all customer communications within established guidelines.

  • Assist with special projects which may arise


WHAT YOU'LL NEED



  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience required.

  • Working knowledge of Learning Management, Systems a plus.

  • Experience using Moodle a plus.

  • Knowledge of or familiarity with publishing, vocational education, or sales is a plus.

  • Strong administrative, organizational and computer skills, and the ability to work at a fast pace

  • Providing customer support in order processing.

  • Excellent knowledge of computers and applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, database and the Internet.

  • Ability to respond to requests with a sense of urgency and take initiative as needed.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in fulfilling customer requirements and management requests.
