Job Description:

What will I be doing?

• Supervise all parking and courtesy van drivers, door and bell personnel
• Ensure proper scheduling and training of team. Monitor team performance and encourage improvement
• Manage all day to day guest complaints or concerns, including but not limited to damage, accidents, or service problems
• Interact positively with guest and take action to resolve problems to the satisfaction of parties involved
• Ensure proper maintenance of vans, coordinate van service and repair
• Acts as manager of duty for hotel ensuring effective interdepartmental operations and resolution of guest complaints
