Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment to ensure flawless production processes.
Strictly adhere to safety protocols and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) to maintain a safe and compliant workplace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine project requirements and successfully implement solutions that meet those needs.
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure exceptional performance.
Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing protocols and procedures to achieve optimal efficiency and quality.
Provide technical support and training to junior staff and other departments to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and adherence to project timelines.
Ensure the integrity and quality of production data by performing rigorous quality control checks and audits.
Engage in proactive problem-solving to address operational challenges and enhance overall productivity.
Key Requirements:
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent experience; technical training or certification preferred.
Proven experience in a manufacturing or production environment, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industries.
Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate results.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining manufacturing equipment.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
