Beacon Hill Legal's client, a global mid-sized law firm located in Midtown Manhattan, is seeking an experienced M&A attorney for hybrid contract assignment. The ideal candidate will have experience with drafting various contracts, such as purchase agreements, confidentiality agreements, and employment agreements, as well as negotiate the terms of sale and acquisitions agreements. The attorney will also be responsibility for conducting due diligence, and ensuring transactions are legally compliant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Admission to NY Bar
Excellent academic credentials and work history
Prior M&A experience at a top firm
Ability to work a hybrid schedule from the firm's Midtown Manhattan office location (three days in-person, two days remote)
