Stampede Ventures, Inc., a subsidiary of Bering Straits Native Corporation, is currently seeking a qualified Project Manager to support our Tribal Consturction Management Program in New Mexico . The Tribal Construction Management Program (TCMP) Project Manager will coordinate with participating tribal communities on areas of concern, ascertain tribal monitor availabilities, facilitate tribal monitor compensation, provide oversight of tribal monitor reporting, facilitate tribal religious leader access to discovery locations and their assessment of adequate treatment of the discoveries, and issue a recommendation to the Cultural Resource Team for Notice to Proceed (NTP) in a discovery area once the discovery is suitably and adequately documented and treated. The Project Manager will also assist the Navajo Gallup Water System Project (NGWSP) Cultural Resource Team in ongoing consultations and workgroup presentations regarding the TCMP's role in the NGWSP.
Responsibilities
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Update program documents created during the 2018-2023 TCMP contract.
Implementation and coordination, to include tribal monitor compensation and safety training, of the TCMP through effective communication and logistical support with Reclamation, Construction Contractors, and participating Tribal staff/leaders;
Coordinate the production and timely distribution of reports and other products associated with the TCMP and inadvertent discoveries;
Develop a TCMP communications plan;
Create an Annual TCMP progress report;
Create Notice to Proceed Recommendation memos;
Develop a Best Practice/Lessons Learned Document for reference in future projects similar to NGWSP.
