The Sr. Contracts Paralegal leads the contract lifecycle process including supplier commodity management processes, contractual service level agreements (SLAs), source selection, contract negotiations, and implementation processes. As the Paralegal, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of contract formation, negotiation and administration of policies and processes in accordance with customer expectations and corporate strategic objectives.
The Sr. Contracts Paralegal will:
Negotiate contracts with a spend over $1M.
Support lines of business, senior leadership and international operations with contract requests, procurement and other business needs.
Draft and summarize agreements & redline agreements.
Expeditiously bring a contract through the lifecycle process from start to finish.
Strong experience in creating policies and procedures.
Strong verbal and written presentation skills
Strong Excel skill
Performs other related duties as required and assigned
Demonstrates behaviors which are aligned with the organization's desired culture and values
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
5+ years of relevant work experience
Paralegal certification and/or other legal qualification, highly desired.
Contracts or equivalent work experience is required.
Certified Purchasing Manager or related certification a plus
