Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
Process invoices, ensure accuracy, and resolve discrepancies.
Assist with the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
Prepare journal entries and assist with general ledger maintenance.
Collaborate with the finance team on special projects and audits.
Provide support during financial audits and compliance reviews.
Handle other ad-hoc accounting and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite) is a plus.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
