Roth Staffing is looking for Digital Finance Lead for the client. This is a hybrid role, and we are flexible with the in-office days, requiring three days per week in the office. We are open to hiring applicants who can work onsite in hybrid mode at any of the following office locations: Irvine, CA, or Los Angeles, CA or San Antonio, TX
Responsibilities:
* Deliver innovative digital solutions to optimize Finance team capabilities and processes.
* Possess expertise in one or more areas: Product Management, Business Process Management, Business Analysis, Continuous Improvement, Automation.
* Work with minimal supervision to work with customers and stakeholders to collect and translate goals, objectives, and requirements into actionable transformation use cases.
* Act as a Data Subject Matter Expert (SME) with technical experience in Celonis process mining.
* Collaborate with IT, customers, and business users to develop and implement solutions.
* Enable continuous improvement of Finance business processes, focusing on efficiency and value delivery.
* Support the creation of a Celonis Center of Excellence (CoE), bringing thought leadership and best practices.
Key Qualifications:
* Corporate Finance domain experience (e.g., Procurement, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Accounting).
* Technical expertise with Celonis process mining capabilities.
* Strong collaboration skills to work with process owners and stakeholders.
* Ability to effectively present solution implementation progress and results to various stakeholders.
* Experience leading business value workshops with business teams, partner, and customers to identify and qualify improvement opportunities.
* Manage and prioritize incoming improvement requests and Celonis enhancements.
* Individual contributor who helps coach/mentor others
