This role in the Global Data Office will partner with Equifax's global business units to develop, maintain, and drive execution of the Equifax data strategy and executive reporting, aligning it with enterprise business strategies and our technology architecture. This role will contribute to data-driven decision-making and help drive strategic initiatives across the organization.
Equifax has a hybrid work schedule that allows for 2 days of remote work (Monday and Friday), with 3 days onsite (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday) every week.
This role reports to our office in Alpharetta, GA and midtown ATL. Must have flexibility to go to both office locations during the week.

What you will do
Data Strategy: Prepare and deliver presentations and other communications on data strategy and enablement initiatives.
Executive-Level Reporting and Visualization: Provide actionable insights through well-designed visualizations and interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Looker.
Data Exploration and Acquisition: Identify and analyze relevant data sources, including Google Cloud Data Fabric and other cloud or on-premise data systems.
Data Pipeline Development: Design, develop, and maintain automated data pipelines to streamline data flows for reporting.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with cross-functional teams including business, data, IT, product, and analytics teams to design reporting and data strategy solutions.
Grow Skills and Business Knowledge:
Develop subject-matter expertise for multiple business and data subject areas.
Stay current with advancements in data technologies, visualization tools, and industry best practices.
What experience you will need
Bachelor's degree in related discipline required; Master's degree preferred; Equivalent experience will be considered.
5-7 years of analysis, product management, and/or consulting experience regarding data, including financial services data.
Familiarity with Data Strategy and Enablement Initiatives.
Expertise in ETL tools and scripting languages (e.g., Python, SQL).
Proficiency in data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Proficiency in working with Google Cloud Data Fabric or other cloud-based data tools (AWS, Azure, etc.)
Familiarity with Agile and other project management methods.
Excellent communication skills with a focus on storytelling and presentation.
What could set you apart
Masters in Analytics or similar degree.
Google Cloud Platform experience and/or a certification.
Experience with product and work management tools (Aha!, Jira, ServiceNow).
Experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Informatica, etc.)
