We are looking for a talented Project Manager/Business Analyst to join our team. In this hybrid role, you will be crucial in managing our request intake process, overseeing a shared mailbox with fellow consulting resources, and ensuring the smooth handling of various types of requests. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to sustainability efforts by supporting regulatory, customer, and media inquiries, as well as process improvements and reporting.
What You'll Do:
Request Management: Oversee the intake and triage of incoming requests, including customer, regulatory, executive briefings, media, fact-checking, whitepapers, and disclosure reports.
Coordination: Work with client FTEs to process, track, and respond to requests efficiently, ensuring all inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
Process Improvement: Support efforts to refine and enhance existing processes related to request handling and disclosure management.
Research and Writing: Assist in fact-checking, writing, and conducting research for various disclosure requests and sustainability reports.
Organizational Support: Maintain high organization standards to manage multiple requests and deadlines effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving.
What You'll Bring:
Tracking all dates and timelines within the designated workstream
Experience working with IT and Digital teams
Manages RAIDs and escalates to Program Mgr.
Maintains status and tracks all action items to ensure work is done on time and in priority order
Call out / track dependencies
Support Product Mgrs in their assigned workstream
Requires onsite at client teams upwards of 4 days a week
Previous Slalom experience strongly preferred

For this role, the pay range is $60/hour to $75/hour, with actual compensation depending on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. The pay range is subject to change and may be adjusted periodically.
