In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Create schedule for team to follow for efficient workload distribution.


• Answers team member questions, helps with team member problems, and oversees team member work for quality and guideline compliance


• Will need to work cross functionally to accomplish daily goals.


• Able to learn multiple material handling positions and fill in when a team member is not available.


• Examine, monitor and audit stock and distribute materials.


• Adhere to the policy of our materials systems.

The essential requirements for the job include:

• 2+ years of leadership experience


• 
  2+ years of experience in inventory control required.


• High school diploma or GED equivalent


• Able to read, understand and adhere to detailed policies, instructions and procedures


• 2+ years of experience in Materials Handler position

Physical/Environment Requirements:

• Able to stand, bend and/ or kneel per job requirement.


• Able to work and use Powered Industrial Trucks, pallet jacks and or climbing ladders.


• 
  Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
  


• 
  Safety shoes required and safety glasses required on work floor.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• 
  2+ years of experience in inventory control


• 
  2+ years of experience operating a reach stacker, wave truck and or pallet truck


• Experience with Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Oracle
