We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of HR to join our team, combining strategic HR Business Partnering with Portfolio Management. This role drives people and business growth strategies for the Global Operations across Beckman Coulter.
This position is remote based with approximately 20% travel as part of the Human Resources organization.
You will be a part of the Global Human Resources team and report to the VP of Human Resources responsible for Global Operations. You will be responsible for the ideation, design, and sustainment of strategic people initiatives and manage global initiatives, that support of the business outcomes. The salary range for this role is 120,000-170,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
