Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the month-end financial close and reporting processes by recording timely, accurate and high quality results
Oversee accounting activities related to one or more business segments
Help manage accounting team dedicated to supporting one or more business segments
As needed, support key project initiatives focused on streamlining/systematizing the gathering of production data to support accurate and timely accruals
Identify, communicate and realize financial close efficiencies to drive the organization to a faster and more streamlined, accurate financial close process
Primary review point for all journal entries booked
Handle other responsibilities, as needed, such as project/system implementation support, both within the corporate function operations
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in accounting (Public accounting experience preferred)
Education: Requires Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or related field
CPA highly preferred
