Shift: 3rd Shift 10:00 pm - 6:00 am
Pay: $18.00 ($2.00 night shift additional pay)
Summary of Position
This position is responsible for operating production equipment, processing product subassemblies and manufacturing final products by following standard operating procedures, work instructions and current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). Technicians cross train on multiple workstations and frequently rotate between stations as needed to meet production schedules.
Essential Functions and Duties
Adheres to all applicable regulations, policies and procedures for health, safety, environmental, and quality compliance
Operates production equipment according to current work instructions and station manuals
Cleans and inspects product subassemblies
Fabricates, finishes, cleans, and sorts final products and accessories utilizing station specific tools
Collaborates with leads, managers, and co-workers to meet production schedules
Electronically logs production information for each assigned station
Stays current on all training for each assigned station
Wears applicable personal protective equipment
Maintains cleanliness of production equipment, workstation, tools, and personal protective equipment
Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others
Follows manufacturing access rules
Accurately records and reports information as required
Non-essential functions and duties
Other duties may be assigned, directed, or requested
Assembles packaging for and packages finished products
Provide feedback to support teams to determine root causes of issues and continuously improve processes
Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED
Preferred Qualifications
Collaborative and Critical solution driven thinker
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
Trained and technically competent in entire section assigned
Training development and execution
Multiple products, lines, and/ or shifts experience
Culture champion
