RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client in Miami, FL that is seeking a Lead Product Owner.

Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and implementation of Oracle HCM solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements

  • Collaborate with business partners to gather and prioritize requirements, translating them into detailed product specifications

  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of HCM features and enhancements

  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the product roadmap, ensuring it reflects the evolving needs of the business

  • Provide hands-on guidance on business requirements development, system design, and delivery

  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement in HCM processes and solutions

  • Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HCM, providing support and guidance to internal teams and stakeholders

  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 10+ years of relevant experience including experience working in industry

  • 10+ years of experience as a IT leader with techno-functional hands-on experience with back-office IT SaaS platforms like Oracle ERP

  • 7+ years of product ownership or equivalent management experience

  • Prior experience in managing the end-to-end business process and workflow related to various aspects of all areas Workforce Management including payroll, time and labor management, human resources, benefits administration

  • Strong listening, negotiation and conflict resolution skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, including the ability to bridge functional and technical resources by communicating effectively with individuals of varying systems expertise and business needs

  • Strong financial systems expertise

  • Familiarity Oracle Fusion is a requirement

  • Self-motivated and self-directed, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people

  • Proactive and independent person who identifies issues and drives them to resolution

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Experience within the MSP (Managed Service Provider) industry an asset

  • Proven ability to improve governance, standards, security posture

  • Proven ability to design and implement new processes and facilitate user adoption

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of high complexity






The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
