RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior Ad Operations Associate in Miami, FL.

Summary:
A Junior Advertising Operations (AdOps) Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting the implementation, management, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns by setting up ad creatives, monitoring performance metrics, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth campaign execution while gaining hands-on experience with ad serving platforms and data analysis to contribute to campaign success; requiring strong attention to detail and a basic understanding of digital advertising principles.

The role requires a good mix of analytical and creative thinking. You will be integral to partners, internal development, and marketing teams. Through a tight-knit relationship with the monetization and growth marketing teams, you will maintain a strong awareness of our users.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup:


  • Assist in creating and launching advertising campaigns on various ad platforms, including ad server configuration, targeting parameters, and creative delivery settings

  • Track campaign performance metrics, such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost-per-acquisition (CPA), regularly to identify areas for optimization

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze campaign data to generate reports and insights, providing recommendations for adjustments to targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives

Troubleshooting:

  • Identify and resolve technical issues related to ad delivery, tracking, and reporting, collaborating with the AdOps team to find solutions

Client Communication:

  • Coordinate with sales and account management teams to ensure client needs are met and provide updates on campaign performance

Compliance:

  • Maintain adherence to industry regulations and privacy standards regarding data collection and ad delivery







REQUIREMENTS:



  • 1 year of Client Management experience

  • Basic understanding of digital advertising: Familiarity with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Google Ad Manager, DoubleClick), ad formats (display, video, native), targeting options, and key performance metrics

  • Proven experience in digital ad operations, ideally with a background in managing large-scale campaigns across multiple platforms

  • Experience working with ad agencies, publishers, and advertisers

  • Familiarity with industry trends and emerging ad technologies

  • Data analysis skills: Data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) were used to extract insights from campaign data

  • Technical aptitude: Comfort with basic HTML, JavaScript, and understanding of ad tags

  • Attention to detail: Ability to accurately manage campaign settings and identify discrepancies in data

  • Communication skills: Effective verbal and written communication to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and identify solutions to campaign challenges

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.



We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
