Andritz Feed and Biofuel is seeking an organized, self-motivated professional to handle parts sales and customer service for our customers. This position involves being a part of a high functioning team to meet all our customers' needs.
What You Will Be Doing
Responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
Receive customer inquiries and orders via phone, fax, email, and/or mail, analyze customer request(s) to determine needs and follow-up on inquiries to secure new orders.
Research Engineering records, drawings, Bill of Material and manufacturing records to determine correct parts identification, and determine manufacturing costs and appropriate selling price.
Determine parts availability, advise customer(s) of price and delivery and secure sales orders. Enter sales order(s) into business system. Follow-up on order and advise customer of status.
Review inventory levels of parts, selling price and profit margins, and recommend adjustments to the NA Service Manager.
Address customer requests as required to return highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
Handle return goods utilizing established procedures.
Adjust customer serial number database as changes occur and communicate changes to other Account Managers.
