Summary of Position:

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will oversee the design, development, and implementation of AI and analytics systems, ensuring they align with the organization's business needs and objectives. Your role will involve creating architectural blueprints and standards for AI platforms, including data models, ingestion pipelines, and transformation processes.

You will collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate data requirements into actionable specifications, while overseeing the delivery of high-quality, performant AI and analytics solutions. Additionally, you will evaluate and integrate emerging AI technologies into the platform architecture as needed.In this leadership role, you will provide mentorship to technical teams, fostering continuous learning and innovation. You will also participate in strategic executive planning, offering expert guidance on AI and analytics strategies. Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and security best practices will be a key focus, and the role requires the ability to work in a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance capacity.

Essential Functions:

Elder Research's Lead Solutions Architect is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of AI and analytics systems within the organization. Their job responsibilities will include:

• The design and development of AI/analytics Platforms, ensuring they align with the Company's business needs and objectives
• Develop architectural blueprints and standards for AI and analytics systems, including data models, data ingestion pipelines, and data transformation processes
• Coordinate with data scientists data engineers, and other stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into tactical specifications.
• Oversee the implementation of AI analytics solutions ensuring they meet quality standards and performance metrics
• Evaluate new technologies and tools related to AI and Analytics and incorporate them into the platform architecture as needed
• Provide tactical leadership and mentorship to the team fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement
• Participate in strategic planning and decision making at the executive level, providing expert advice on AI and analytics technologies and strategies
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data security
• Must be able to work in a Secret or Top-Secret Clearance Capacity

Job Specifications/Requirements:

• Master's degree in data science, analytics, mathematics, statistics, engineering, computer science, or business administration. Ph.D. Preferred but not required
• Bachelor's degree in or a technical field and/or business
• MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE, Top Secret Preferred
• Multi-year experience in the consulting industry (technology, management, strategy)
• Candidates must have extensive hands on experience with Python (Jupyter Notebook)
• Candidates must have extensive hands on experience with Typescript/JavaScript (Node.JS)
• Candidates must have extensive hands on experience with AWS foundational technologies
• Candidates must have extensive hands on experience with AWS SageMaker

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of CI/CD
• EMR Studio
• ACTIVE US GOVERNMENT ISSUED TOP SECRET CLEARANCE
• Ph.D. Preferred but not required
