The VP, Strategic Accounts is responsible for acquiring and preserving new search agreements by using a consultative sales strategy that involves building positive relationships with key decision-makers of clients. The role requires a deep understanding of the industry landscape, trends, and competitors to provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations. The role also works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the client's needs are met and exceeded.
Job Responsibilities
Develop and grow strategic client relationships.
Identify potential partner targets to generate new revenue opportunities and service lines.
Serve as the end-to-end subject matter expert on the service lines across all accounts.
Manage pipeline to ensure sufficient resources are appointed as volume grows.
Drive volume growth and achieve performance targets through demand generation and execution of placements.
Conduct outbound sales activity and visit clients.
Establish strategic partnerships with Third Party entities.
Expand market share for AMN service offerings.

Pay Rate
$101,000 - $126,000 Salary Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.
