The HRIS Analyst will play an important role serving as subject matter expert for the HR information systems. This position will be responsible for developing a comprehensive understanding of business process requirements, contributing to best practices, ensuring data integrity, testing new functionality, and providing stakeholders with ad hoc reporting. The role will also enhance the employee experience by providing support and training.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as technical SME and Super User in designated modules within the HRIS application and application process.
Develop training materials and sessions for end users to increase the effectiveness of HRIS.
Proactively audit data for quality, accuracy, reporting, timeliness and usability to ensure integrity of core systems and interfaces.
HRIS support for ongoing and annual HR initiatives: talent acquisition, performance, compensation planning, learning, new hire/annual benefits enrollment, compliance training.
Provide production support, including researching and resolving system problems, unexpected results or process flaws. Recommend solutions and/or alternate methods to meet business needs based on system capabilities.
Develop and deliver custom reports for internal stakeholders.
Work on special projects as they arise.
Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
Strong analytical ability to understand system functionality as well as downstream impacts on interfaces.
Experience with implementing new systems on a global level.
Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated ability of analyzing data.
Strong project management skills and ability to drive multiple projects and initiatives while translating business needs into technical requirements.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage through ambiguity and competing priortities.
Strong attention to detail and comfort working with complex datasets.
Strong understanding of HR, Payroll, Finance and IT business processes and interdependencies.
Natural self-starter and analytical problem solver that takes the initiative to resolve issues and complete projects.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources or related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum two (2) years of experience in Human Resources Information Systems including, but not limited to Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Capital Management Systems (HCM Systems), Time and Attendance Systems, Payroll Systems and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Typically requires travel less than 5% of the time.

This is largely a sedentary role.
This job operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
