As an SAP Finance Business Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Finance solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and other key personnel to ensure successful delivery and ongoing support of our SAP Finance landscape. This role requires a deep understanding of financial processes, hands on experience as an SAP S4HANA Finance SME with knowledge of General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Fixed assets, Banking, Taxation and Treasury modules, as well as strong technical and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering:
Conduct in-depth business analysis to understand the needs and challenges of finance teams.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for SAP Finance solutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define solution scope.
Solution Design and Implementation:
Design and develop end-to-end solutions, leveraging SAP modules and integrations with other systems and applications.
Configure SAP Finance modules to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP Finance solutions. Troubleshoot issues and resolve incidents.
Create detailed system design documents and functional specifications.
Define and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.
Collaborate with AMS partner teams to review and deliver solutions adhering to SDLC principles.
Experience in change management processesand overseeing the development and testing of custom solutions.
Integration:
Integrate SAP Finance solutions with a variety of systems, such as Trading, CPI, SAC, Master Data, and other corporate applications.
Utilize standard and custom interfaces to optimize data flow and synchronization.
Possess a good understanding of CDS views, ABAP tables, and API services.
Process Optimization:
Analyze existing process and proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.
Leverage SAP Finance functionalities to implement process improvements and automate tasks.
Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for innovation and optimization.
Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and project managers to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure they are equipped to use the new processes effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of hands-on SAP Finance experience, with a deep understanding of core modules like FI, CO, TRM, and PS.
Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance, including configuration, technical skills, integration technologies, and Fiori apps.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record in project management and delivery.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of Group Reporting, VIM, Treasury Loans Module, and Concur applications is preferred.
Certification in SAP finance modules is preferred.
