Product Design Coordinator
Location: Glendale, CA or Orlando, FL
Bill Rate: $28- $34.66/hr, W-2
Duration: 3+ month, Contract
Overview:
The Product Design Coordinator provides general administrative support to the Product Design teams within Global Product Creation. This includes assisting with project tracking, data entry, submissions, deck development, and facilitating communication with internal and external partners. The role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of product design projects.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Tracking & Timeline Management: Support product design teams with tracking and managing overall project timelines.
* Data Entry & Coordination: Drive data entry for cross-functional partner needs, including packaging development and tracking.
* Approval Submissions & Tracking: Submit product designs for legal and business affairs approvals, tracking edits, changes, and ensuring approvals are completed.
* Meeting Participation: Attend Cross-Functional Team meetings and development check-ins, taking notes and following up on action items.
* File Management: Organize, upload, and share all files related to each active season.
* Deck Preparation: Assist in the creation of decks, including product images and details, for major line reviews and leadership check-ins.
* Sampling Logistics: Provide logistical support for product sampling as required.
* Document Creation & Review: Create and review various documents, including organization lists, tracking forms, and confidential documents.
* General Administrative Support: Provide additional tactical support for the Product Design teams as needed.
Qualifications & Education:
* High School Diploma required, Associate's degree (AA) preferred
* 2+ years of experience in product design or related field.
* Proficiency in software tools, including MS Office, Google Suite, Mac Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Box, Adobe Creative Suite (a plus), Filemaker Pro, Concur
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
