We are seeking a dedicated and results oriented Inside Sales Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and assisting with sales processes to ensure customer satisfaction.



Location: Roseville, CA

Schedule: 8:00am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $22.00-24.00 hourly



Responsibilities:



* Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
* Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
* Provide customer estimates, order status and pricing.
* Process customer invoices.



Qualifications:



* Previous experience in a coordinating role is a plus!
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
