Our client located in Nashua, NH is currently looking for an Experienced Administrative Assistant for a 3-6 month assignment! In this role, you will handle routine clerical tasks, data entry, and organizational responsibilities to support office operations.
Location: In-office position
Hours: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Duration: Temporary assignment (3-6 months)
Dress Code: Business casual
Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform routine data entry and manage records with accuracy and attention to detail.
Review reports, statements, and other documents for accuracy; resolve or escalate discrepancies as needed.
Prepare and distribute various reports and documents as directed.
Assist with mail distribution, answering telephones, and other general office tasks.
Provide additional administrative support as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
Exceptional attention to detail and proficiency in entering data accurately and efficiently.
Basic mathematical skills for reviewing and verifying data.
Strong verbal communication skills to work effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
