Participate in the course curriculum at the college/university.
Maintain a passing GPA of 80% or better.
Accept plant assignments within the state for the duration of the program to gain plant-to-plant experience in the field of study.
Engage in plant-level OJT training.
Apply knowledge and skills through job shadowing at Zeus facilities.
Complete in-state college coursework and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling.
Responsibilities
Internal Candidates: Must have 25 attendance points remaining to enroll in the program.
Must have a positive work history to be considered for the ZTA program.
Must complete and submit the required WIN Assessments scores of 3 in reading and Math.
Continuation in the program depends on grades, attendance, participation in the classroom environment, competency in the curriculum, and engagement in the OJT process.
Must pass an entrance exam administered by a technical college.
Must have a solid work and attendance record, a good interview, and a recommendation from a supervisor, manager, guidance counselor, or teacher.
Qualifications
utilization of local technical colleges/universities and Zeus internship programs. This includes participation in a formally planned OJT training program at various Zeus locations, combined with continuing education courses affiliated with the Zeus ZTA program. Participants will gain real-time, on-the-job training and apply their knowledge through job shadowing.
