Job Title: Business Analyst (SaaS Applications)
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a focus on SaaS applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and oversee the implementation and improvement of SaaS solutions.
Responsibilities:
Gather and document business and technical requirements.
Implement, maintain, and improve SaaS solutions.
Streamline business processes and automate workflows.
Integrate SaaS applications with enterprise systems.
Develop and execute test plans for quality assurance.
Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.
Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
Create user documentation and conduct training sessions.
Manage small to medium-sized projects related to SaaS implementations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, focusing on SaaS applications.
Strong understanding of SaaS architectures, cloud platforms, and integrations.
Proficiency in requirements gathering and business process analysis.
Experience with SDLC and Agile methodologies.
Familiarity with API integrations and data exchange.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Jira Service Management (JSM), Salesforce, and Legal Case Management Software.
