About the Role

In this role you will be responsible for the manufacturing of our Hydrofera brand of wound care products. We're looking for people who embody our values and demonstrate the desire to learn new skills. The ideal candidate should live in Newark, DE area or be comfortable with the commute.

Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

What You Will Do


  • Manufacture and packaging of various wound care products within current company policies and procedures.

  • Adhere to good manufacturing/documentation practices and/or relevant ISO/regulatory standards.

  • Ensure that all relevant quality paperwork is completed including work orders and cleaning logs.

  • Comply with OSHA safety and health rules and establish a safety-first mindset.

  • The orderly storage of work in progress including proper identification of lot designation and product status.

  • Maintain facility and production area cleanliness.

  • Evaluate and make recommendations regarding improvements to methods and procedures in assigned areas.

  • All other duties as assigned.

Who You Are


  • High School diploma or equivalent.

  • Related experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.

  • Requires ability to perform general math computations.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in internal settings.

  • Requires ability to take initiative to solve problems.

  • Ability to lift to approximately 40 lbs and frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.

  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during shift with appropriate rest and meal breaks.

Compensation and Benefits:

Expected Compensation

$20.00/hourly rate + benefits + annual incentive bonus
