Johnsonville, LLC Machine Operator Pay Range: $25.36/hr - $26.95/hr + $2.00 Shift Premium Hours: 8:30pm - 5:30am, Sunday-Thursday (Overtime as production demands) Responsibilities:
Rotate to all positions in the Stuffing area
Operating / Setting up / Changing over a Poly-clip and Francomatic
Lifting / hanging sticks weighing up to 40 lbs
Pushing wagons of product
Pushing racks of product
Maintaining all paperwork related to the position.
Experience:
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Strong math background is required
Must be able to communicate and demonstrate teamwork performance to maintain World Class Results
Must be able to push/pull racks and wagons
Must be able to complete production documentation paperwork accurately
Ability to learn and then properly use SAP to help manage an accurate casing inventory and product flow
Must be willing to cross-train at both stuffing and formulation.
Must be able to obtain a fork-lift license
Must be willing to learn basic computer skills such as Word, Excel, Access, SA.
Ability to work at heights that are above ground level.
Must be able to lift 40 pounds.
Ability to become fluent with using the Redzone program and participate in Operator Driven Reliability.
Based on business necessity, must be proficient in English.
