The Purpose of Your Role
We are seeking an individual who has a fundamental understanding of the Salesforce platform and can help maintain and evolve our technology ecosystem to meet our business objectives by gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable solutions, and collaborating on a product roadmap. The Salesforce Administrator should also excel in all areas of user management, such as support, training, and solution design.


The ideal candidate will have a strong relationship with stakeholders at all levels and will translate technical information into layman’s terms, providing clear explanations of solutions and their organizational impact. You will need to exhibit forward and strategic thinking, have innate technical expertise, and demonstrate flexibility to make incremental and tangible gains for internal stakeholders and the end users who support our organization’s strategic initiatives.


The Qualifications We’re Looking For



  • Associates degree or equivalent years relevant experience.

  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce required.

  • Experience working in a contact center or with CcaaS tools is preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.

  • Demonstrated adaptability, technical proficiency, and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Analytical and driven, with a commitment to optimizing workflows, improving data integrity, and maintaining governance.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey technical information to non-technical users.

  • Displays an eagerness to continually improve their skills and learn new technologies.

  • Practical understanding of workforce management, independent contractor models, on-demand workforce, and bringing disparate SaaS solutions together into a single operational environment.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

  • Ability to lead and/or participate in virtual meetings in a distraction-free environment.

  • A willingness to embrace challenges, take on new tasks proactively, and seek to always improve.

The Value You Deliver



  • Administer and configure Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, permissions, and customizations, such as standard/custom objects, fields, page layouts, and workflows.

  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights for data-driven decisions.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for user support, troubleshooting, and basic questions about how the platform functions.

  • Ensure data quality and integrity, performing regular audits and governance processes to maintain data standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand Salesforce needs, working with our onboarding agency for seamless integration and serving as a liaison for issue resolution.

  • Identify and implement opportunities for automation and process improvements, staying current with Salesforce updates and assessing their applicability to the organization.

  • Play a critical role in the design, development, documentation, support, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Monitor and improve user adoption and engagement.

  • Manage user licenses, profiles, permissions, groups, and rules in Salesforce.

  • Configure changes to workflows, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports.

  • Work with integrated applications including applicant tracking systems, Okta, pay systems, WFM systems, and data visualization tools.

  • Effectively communicate (written and verbal) platform changes and release updates to end users and stakeholders.
