Travel Requirement:
5%-10%, travel will be North American, Europe, South East Asia, China and specifics events as requested.



Important Notice: This position is primarily remote. However, if you reside within a 50-mile radius of a Rehlko site, you may be required to work onsite at least 2-3 business days per week."

BASIC FUNCTION


Under the supervision of the Sr Manager - Parts Operations, the Global Operations Analyst role will be responsible for conducting detailed data analytics for spare parts operations. The Global Operations Analyst will provide management with the required data to identify sales and operations gaps, areas of improvement, and ensure regular reporting for decisions and understanding of regional and global activity. This role will be directly involved in development of global strategic plans for parts operations in each region. Other competencies associated with primary function and scope follow:

• Advanced experience in Analytics Tools (Excel, Access, PowerBI)

• Business intelligence exposure - strategic data analysis

• Global mindset to address complex business situations and decision

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Business Development Assist the Sr Manager - Parts Operations, PS, to enable reliable data in global & regional spare parts operations and planning to ensure global alignment in data-consistency. Work pro-actively to identify main area of improvement and follow up on key AMP initiatives. This position will work with Sales Analyst to ensure that Parts Operations metrics are added to each distributor scorecard to help ensure correct ordering procedures and data visibility to network.

  • Regional Parts Operations Scorecards Is in charge of collecting, building, and releasing consistent data for Sr Manager - Parts Operations, PS, Regional Parts Operations Managers, Regional Channel Managers, and Regional Sales Directors. Ensure a permanent follow-up on AMP Metrics and communication.

  • Deeply involved in Global Data Visibility Data Analyst will support global parts operations by providing required data to build business plans for each region. Global data visibility on inventory, metrics, scorecards, and sales will be critical to planning process.

  • Parts Inventory Management Development Assist the Global Operations team in the implementation of an inventory management system at Rehlko and its distributions partners. This will require the position to become the Super User of the system, allowing multiple reports to be generated and sent to executive management for review and alignment.



Skills/Requirements


  • Bachelors' degree (or equivalent experience) in business, or related field.

  • 5+ years experiences in data-analytic with strong capability to interact with new tools/systems

  • 5+ years aftermarket parts sales experience in global manufacturing, OEM, or B2B environment.

  • Candidate should be a proactive, strategic thinker, with good judgment, and curiosity to identify and solve underlying business problems and develop business plans to grow aftermarket parts business.

  • Strong problem-solving, writing and presentation skills are required.

  • Must have a passion for aftermarket growth and customer relationship management. Responsible with developing relationships and plans to grow parts sales with multiple distributorships

The salary range for this position is $59250 - $74050. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. Available benefits include medical, dental, vision & 401k.
