Location: Sioux Falls, SD

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Status: 90-day internship

About the Internship

Interns explore various aspects of Risk Services operation including analytics, strategy, quality and productivity measurements, as well as process improvement and other projects. Interns will be exposed and collaborate in credit acquisitions, collections, recovery, and special projects within the Risk Services area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 


  • Proficient with all Microsoft software programs.

  • Gain a solid understanding of Risk Services including acquisitions, collections, and recovery.

  • Perform audits of overall performance.

  • Document Issues Identified through the Audits.

  • Create/update Reports of identified issues.

  • Work with management team on various projects.

  • Flexible and willing to learn new opportunities.

  • Conduct tasks in a manner that complies with all consumer protection regulations and treats consumers fairly.

Skills and Qualifications


  • Applicant should be enrolled in or pursuing higher education

  • Possess intermediate to exceptional PC skills

  • Ability to be patient and attentive to detail

  • Excellent verbal and listening skills and ability to use positive language

  • Time management skills
