B+K General Manager
PURPOSE
Primary responsibility of the Bath+Kitchen General Manager is to develop talented, diverse teams so that the market meets annual sales and EBITDA targets by consistently increasing average monthly active accounts (AMAA) and delivering remarkable experiences. A market consists of showroom locations and virtual branches as well as the bullseye customers they serve.
Secondary responsibility is maintaining operational excellence implementing the standard operational procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
BUSINESS PLANNING
Develop, in collaboration with the division leader, the strategic plan to grow market share, addressing the white space between Reece and local competitors as well as aligning to enterprise priorities.
Develop the annual financial plan for each branch and total market including headcount, expansion plans, and support infrastructure.
Deliver market sales and EBITDA annual budget.
Review monthly p & ls and create monthly actions to address gaps.
Monitors pricing trends against loss trends and plan targets, and work with appropriate partners to develop strategies to achieve pricing targets.
Drives accountability to achieve goals with Branch Managers and other market leadership.
Support continuous improvement by implementing company programs and influencing adoption.
OPERATIONS
Drives operational excellence accountability within the market by ensuring standards are met and the team has the tools to make decisions to drive their business and meet goals.
Coaches regularly on self-audit results and improvement opportunities.
Reviews end-to-end account profitability for top 20% of accounts delivering 80% of sales.
Embraces technical/digital solutions.
Ensures all fixed assets are maintained and controlled.
PEOPLE EXPERIENCE
Builds and maintains a high-performance team by evaluating and coaching team member performance, supporting appropriate training and development methods, and team building.
Identifies and develops bench strength to ensure succession planning objectives are met.
Provides a motivational environment in which team members exceed performance standards.
Ensures coordinated leadership and consistency between markets within the regions.
Communicate the company mission and vision.
Promote a culture of teamwork by working alongside the management team, establishing priorities, and providing clear direction.
Create cadence of regular communication and feedback with daily team huddles, one on ones, and monthly staff meetings.
Continually build network and reputation for being "employer of choice."
Coordinate all new hire and on-going trainings using the Career Development Roadmap
CoachBranch Managers, Assistant Branch Manager and Network Development Representatives to achieveaverage monthly active accounts (AMAA) targets.
Support team members (Outside Sales and Inside Sales) to ensure consistent remarkable experiences for Reece customers.
Regularly post results and maintain a visible scoreboard.
Coach team members to achieve PGP targets by qualifyingcustomers to understand their business needs and apply/utilize appropriatepricingrate cards.
SALES & SERVICE
Monitor current sales trends and product performance results, utilizingcompany reportstoanalyse trends and develop plans to qualify and engage new customers.
Recommend market configuration as appropriate using prudent business judgement, while maximizing available resources.
Promote all categories wesellincludingbut not limited to appliances, plumbing and outdoor grilling.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities that enhance our unique value proposition and increase market share.
Develop strong relationships withdesigners, custom and volume builders, and high-endremodelersbyunderstanding their business model/needs and applying our unique value proposition.
Continually enhance sales skills and product knowledge to remain relevantand viewed as best in industry.
Conduct ride-alongswith branch leadership and Network Development Reps for purposes of coaching and staying close to our customer base.
Set high standards of service regularly reviewing customer feedback to be #1 in service in the market.
Attend showroom functions, trade shows, CEUs, and events as means to acquire leads.
COMMUNICATION
Readily shares ideas, trends, and customer feedback in positive manner to improve upon current processes.
Fosters a positive working environment aligned with the company vision and core values.
Holds regular staff meetings with direct reports.
Effectively works in a collaborative manner with different work groups throughout the company, including, but not limited to Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Legal, and IT.
Shares market and competitor information with all applicable channels within the organization and establishes relationships and working partnerships with all levels.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degreein business or marketing
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
10+ years in management with more than 4 direct reports
Strongly prefer bath and kitchen industry or home improvement experience.
MBA experiencea plus

A reasonable estimate of the current range is: $91,800.00 - $153,300.00
