Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the rehabilitation department, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy teams
Oversee patient care plans, ensuring individualized and effective treatment strategies
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care and positive outcomes
Mentor and support the growth and development of the rehab team
Manage departmental budget and ensure financial success
Qualifications:
Licensed Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT), or Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in California
Previous leadership experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Commitment to delivering excellent patient care
