We have an opportunity available for a Sr. Manager of eCommerce -Microsites to work within our Marketing Team. The Sr. Manager of eCommerce -Microsites will oversee the functions and operations of this growing and expanding sales channel and online sales platforms. They are responsible for development of the new microsite platform and implementing strategies to enhance the user experience through managing webpages, developing website features, and ensuring the website is optimized for search. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing website traffic and performance, troubleshooting technical problems, and partnering with sales and marketing to execute growth plans.

What you will do:    

• Monitor the performance of the e-commerce and customer microsites and make necessary improvements with the web development team to ensure it is user-friendly and easy to navigate
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement account-based growth plans
• Lead new microsite platform development in partnership with development team
• Monitoring and report performance on the site analytics, like traffic, conversion rates and sales

What we need:  

• 10+ years of demonstrated successful e commerce and website experience
• Bachelor's degree in e commerce, digital marketing or another related field.
• Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing work environment
• Shares best practices proactively and seeks learning from others
• Creativity and outside of the box thinking to test new approaches and build repeatable processes that scale
• Excellent communication and organization skills
