What will you do?

The Strategic Sourcing Team, a division of Talent Acquisition is looking for a seasoned strategic sourcer. In this role, you will proactively search for qualified candidates for current or planned open positions.

There are 2 methods to sourcing:

Proactive strategic sourcing where your building pipelines:


  • Identification and anticipation of future strategic needs

  • Focus on key talents and key skills

  • Development of different recruiting channels

  • Talent hunting passive candidates: strategic sourcing for the future- keep warm

  • Building always-on talent pipelines, hire skills vs. expertise/attract talents from adjacent industries

  • Dynamic and diverse channel mix

  • Diversity integrated in every pipeline

  • Always-on- hire hardest to find talent wherever located- no open position required

  • Internal talent mapping- understanding internal resource skills, relocation willingness

On-demand sourcing- helping to fill open reqs:


    • Collaboration between TA & business/sourcing when need arises

    • Consultative- mentor and coach TA on sourcing channels, strategies, methods


Build talent pipeline to share with recruiter to reach out, gain interest and forward to hiring manager

Functional Knowledge

  • Excellent knowledge of most effective sourcing channels

  • Excellent LinkedIn recruiter skills

  • Excellent Social Media sourcing strategies and channel mix

  • Good knowledge about diversity & inclusion and unconscious bias
