About the Opportunity:

National IT has an immediate opening for a Solutions Manager within the Corporate Services Business Dedicated Group (CS BDG). You will initially focus on the CS BDG’s mission to lead the team that provides agile/project/program management responsibilities in support of the CS BDG’s businesses and IT partners.  The Solution Manager also ensures that Agile Ceremonies are appropriately conducted and evolved for the CS BDG.  The Solution Manager has an important role in driving value realization and directs members of the team in completing the worked defined. You will work with business stakeholders, product managers, and technical teams as needed to understand, analyze, refine, prioritize, and communicate needs to ensure full understanding of project scope, objectives, and requirements.

You will report to the Group Vice President of the Corporate Services Business Dedicated Group.

What You Will Do:


  • Manage staff and support team efforts to meet critical business objectives and make significant contributions to attaining goals of project/program management teams in support of large-scale programs.


  • Ensure business and operational standards are in place to enable efficient operations of agile/project/program management teams in support of initiatives ranging from medium to large in complexity and scope.


  • Work with team to ensure stakeholders and key participants have a full understanding of scope, objectives, requirements, and dependencies for efforts managed.


  • Enable team by removing impediments and ensuring appropriate resources are needed to support efforts.


  • Build and maintain relationships by communicating with stakeholders and key contributors to equip the team for success.


  • Lead large scale, cross divisional and potentially System wide initiatives as needed. 


  • Perform other related duties as assigned.


Qualifications:


  • The Solutions Manager will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 7 to 10 years of relevant work experience / 3+ year of supervisory experience.  The Solutions Senior Manager will have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with 10+ years of relevant work experience / 5+ year of supervisory experience.


  • Demonstrated experience leading both traditional waterfall and/or hybrid projects/programs as well as initiatives leveraging Agile and Product Management methodologies.


  • Professional certifications such as PMP, CSPO, CSM, and any of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certifications.


  • Demonstrated experience leading cross functional and or cross/divisional and/or system wide initiatives interacting and coordinating the activities of both technical and business participants.


  • Demonstrated experience conducting presentations to senior level management.

  • This is a hybrid role, with an average of 2 days onsite per week in a Federal Reserve Bank location.


  • The hiring range for the Solutions Manager is $114,200 - $156,970 annually. The hiring range for the Solutions Manager Senior is $136,200 - $187,330.


  • For candidates outside Richmond, VA, listed hiring and salary ranges may be adjusted based on your geographic location.


  • Salary offered will be based on the job responsibilities and the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience as defined in the job qualifications.
