Position Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents while enjoying a supportive and rewarding work environment.

  $4,200 Sign-On Bonus: Paid after 90 days of full-time employment, then prorated over the next 9 months based on meeting certain requirements that will be discussed during the interview.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating


• Monitor and record vital signs and medical information


• Provide compassionate and respectful care to residents


• Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for residents


• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care

Qualifications:

• Current CNA certification


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment


• Compassionate and caring attitude
