The Vice President of Business Transformation (VPBT), will be focused on transforming the way we conduct and operate traditional business functions, challenging the status quo and injecting innovative thought leadership to improve operational efficiencies, effectiveness, and execution. The VPBT will work build new capabilities across the organization throughout all operational areas to enable an enterprise-wide process evolution such that the organization becomes more agile, scalable, adaptive, and responsive to new and existing markets and customers The VPBT, will play a critical role in leading the organization through a process/data/system transition collaborating with various organizational leaders across the enterprise to understand business operations and connectivity to HP processes, data, and systems. This successful candidate will work closely with the Senior Operations and IT leadership teams to ensure a seamless, end-to-end transition occurs.

What You'll Be Doing
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on transformational efforts while driving Continuous Improvement methodology (LEAN) across Henny Penny (HP) to support the deployment of modern technology and process in targeted areas.
Ensure proper operational integration is maintained by understanding upstream/downstream impacts when operational system enhancements are being requested as it relates to plan's Customer Relations Management System.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to ensure adherence with approved tools or identification of additional technologies as applicable.
Monitors and lead efforts in business expansion opportunities and provide regular status updates and risks to delivery for prioritized efforts.
Supporting the Transformation projects across Front Office, Middle Office, and Back Office
Working with Business partners to define KPIs at functional levels and their teams that are easily measurable and are aligned to drive value for the organization.
Facilitates preparation of project plans and proposals, outlining project objectives, IS requirements
Develops methodologies for design, development, delivery, and support of information systems to meet business needs as well as best practices for application development, testing procedures, and release processes.
Recruit, manage, coach and lead managers and staff with the skills to maintain a high-quality organization.
Consistently demonstrate HP company values and leadership expected behaviors.

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business Administration or Finance with Business Transformation experience. Master's degree preferred
12 or more years of relevant work experience
5 or more years of experience in Manufacturing Industry.
Thought leadership and a "growth mindset" experienced in building adoption or onboarding plans
Excellent interpersonal skills , planning, facilitation, and organizational skills
Ability to influence and understand the long-term ("big picture") and short-term perspectives of situations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office - specifically Word, Excel, VISIO, and PowerPoint.
