Job Description:

The Sales Capability Manager leads the curriculum and training for the InVeris Sales organization. This position coordinates with key leaders within the organization to recommend end execute key training and skill building initiatives that drive enhanced sales performance.

Job Core Responsibilities:


  • Works directly with Account Executives and Sales VP/Directors to coach and develop sales team customer selling skills

  • Creates and maintains sales training material

  • Conducts “ride with” events and observes demonstrations with key sales team members

  • Recommends training and development criteria for the sales team

  • Creates and implements key benchmarks for selling performance

  • Manage associated KPI's for sales proficiency

  • Collaborate with members of the ELT to recommend key investments in training and development

  • Other responsibilities as assigned

  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Personal attributes required for this position:


  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple functions

  • Ability to travel domestically up to 60% of their time.

  • Ability to teach and train at multiple levels

 Job Specifications

Education/Experience: 


  • Minimum BS degree required.

  • Sales experience required.
