SUMMARY: This position is responsible for scheduling coordinating and supervising Southeast Farm field crew activities Responsibilities include: supervise and coordinate activities of workers engaged in maintaining and repairing QA facility buildings and maintaining grounds of the Cleveland office and hatchery complex; coordinate with processing plants and schedule live haul drivers; schedules coordinates and supervises cleaning and maintaining of QA facility laundering facilities and coordinates activities of live hauls from farms; coordinates activities of inspection obtaining fuel permits licensing repairing and maintaining vehicles and equipment based at the QA facility. REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor s degree or equivalent. Experience: 1 plus year of experience. Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Communication Skills: Good verbal and written communication skills. Supervisory: Manages one subordinate lead person who supervises a total of twenty-five employees in the field crew. Manages maintenance and QA facility personnel. Travel: Extensive travel within the farm area.
