Weatherford is hiring a Material Handler for our Greenville Texas facility. This is a hands on, rewarding role where you will be handling materials for the oil and gas industry. The Material Handler will be working within a supportive, inclusive team in a fast-paced, progressive environment. Responsibilities and Duties:
This is a day shift position starting at 7 AM to approximately 3:30 PM.
Operate forklifts to unload and load trucks
Ensure accurate material quantities and banding of bundles
Load and handle boxes efficiently
Maintain a clean and organized dock area
Perform other assigned duties as required
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Proficient in basic computer skills
Strong oral and written communication abilities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Basic forklift operation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with team members
Capable of handling materials and working in a warehouse environment
Willingness to work overtime when required
Previous experience in material handling, construction, or shipping preferred
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Microsoft Power BI
Education:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
Certifications:
Forklift certification is preferred but not mandatory as training will be provided
