Your Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Senior Scientist to join the Analytical Technology team in Tamaqua, PA. This is a plant and laboratory based, cross-functional role requiring interaction with teams from Operations, Quality, Engineering, R&D and business functions. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for the development, validation and transfer of best-in-class analytical methods and systems used to support our Specialty Gas portfolio. Additionally, you will be driving efforts focused on identification and implementation of analytical technology improvements for existing products as well as developing analytical methods to support new projects moving through our R&D pipeline. You will support the design, fabrication, implementation, and commissioning of new automated analytical systems in our plants while providing advanced troubleshooting support on existing systems locally. While performing your work, you will be expected to utilize best safety practices and cultivate a culture of safety within the laboratory.
This position may require occasional travel up to 10%.
