Description:
The Judge Group is seeking a Project Engineer for a manufacturing company located in the Horsham, PA area.


Title: Project Engineer

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000


Responsibilities:


•Oversee project engineering and management tasks, which include the creation of work scopes, engineering diagrams, technical specifications, schedules, and job costings.


•Investigate alternatives and propose the best solutions for designated projects.


•Coordinate with equipment suppliers, in-house teams, and external vendors and contractors to achieve project objectives.


•Maintain regular communication with management regarding project plans and progress.


•Uphold a secure and suitable work environment by adhering to Company, OSHA, SQF, local, state, and federal standards and regulations.


•Conduct advanced troubleshooting to enhance efficiency, safety, quality, and minimize downtime.


•Provide training and guidance to maintenance, production, and quality staff.


•Adherence to company procedures and policies.


Qualifications:


•Bachelor's degree, Mechanical Engineering preferred


•5+ years of experience


•High speed manufacturing experience required, paper or packaging industry experience preferred
