Part Time Production Associate (NIGHT SHIFT)

STARTING PAY IS $20/HR

(+$1/HR SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL FOR NIGHT SHIFT)

SCHEDULE


  • This would be a permanent, part-time position that has the potential for flexibility and extra hours $$$$
  • No experience required - we will train if you are willing to learn!
  • The positions would work 18-30 Hours a week
  • The possibilities are ENDLESS with this opportunity!
  • Potential to go Full-Time if interested in the future!
  • 3 to 5 Day work week, 6 to 8 hour schedule (Example: Mon-Wed-Fri or Tues-Thurs or Mon-Fri, 9pm-3am, 9pm-5am, 7pm-1am, etc)

RETENTION BONUS OFFERED!: $500 after 90 days, $1,000 after 180 days totaling $1,500.00

In your role, you will be responsible for the following (but not limited to):

*Take end product, ensuring it meets requirements and guiding it onto the spool (reeler)
*Continuous monitoring for quality and correct markings
*Ensure wraps are neat, cut conduit, tie off and cap (if required)
*Maintain a safe and tidy work environment, following safety requirements
*Complete required paperwork and load new spool
*Additional duties as required

Requirements for this role:

*Ability to speak, read and write English, fluently (Bi-Lingual a Plus!)
*Basic computer skills
*Ability to measure and complete basic math calculations

*Steel-Toe Shoes or boots required upon hire

Occupational and/or Physical Requirements:

*Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable assistance
*Ability to stand on foot around hot machinery for the entirety of the shift

*Commitment to wear required PPE at all times up to and including steel/composite toe boots, gloves, eye protection, dust mask, earplugs, hard hats, and face shields as necessary.
*Ability to move from one area to another by stepping over and/or bending under objects, pushing and pulling objects

*Manufacturing floor environment

*Non Climate Controlled Facility

"The compensation for this position is typically $20/Hour. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to jobrelated knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
