Intrepid Global Solutions (Intrepid) is seeking an experienced Information Technology (IT) Manager to join our National Security, Engineering, and Technology Solutions (NSETS) business unit. This position will be part of a large Intelligence Community (IC) program and responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing activities related to unclassified Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) servers, workstations, ancillary equipment and applications. In addition, the position manages access control, help desk, network support, and application support for Contractor and Sponsor personnel.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Performance of the Information Systems and provides IT oversight to the program.
• Executes the Management of Information Systems (MIS) work based on a robust framework of policies, practices, procedures, and expertise as required from IC programs.
• Meets performance standards through regular quality audits and inspections, being accountable to program standards and ensuring customer expectations and requirements are achieved.
• Establish and manage a Change Management Board (CMB).
• Follow a well-defined and fully documented Change Management (CM) process that encompasses routine maintenance, functional enhancements, system security patching, and version upgrades to maintain compliance in highly regulated operating environments.
• Weekly and monthly IT reporting including: Change Requests, Security Events, Service Ticket Metrics, Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM), Purchase Orders, Hardware Baseline Changes, Software Baseline Changes, Service Ticket Metrics, User Account Totals, Authorization To Operate (ATO) Continuous Monitoring Progress Activity, Policy and Procedure Updates, ATO Progress Activity, Annual System Training Report.
• Compile Server and Workstation Replacement Plan.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including supervisory or project lead experience in a technology field.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Windows administration.
• Experience with Power Platform development (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint).
• Experience with unclassified Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) servers.
• Experience with workstations.
• Experience with applications.
• Experience with managing access control.
• Experience in help desk.
• Experience with network support.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more IT personnel.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and maintain high customer service standards.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and situations, prioritize work effectively, and maintain confidentiality.
