Brief Description of Position:  Under the general direction of the Director of Human Resources, the Benefit/Recruitment Specialist is responsible for compiling, maintaining personnel records, assisting with recruitment efforts, and assisting the Director of Human Resources with routine human resources duties.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Associate degree required. Associate degree in Office Systems or related field preferred.
  2. Three to five years’ experience in an office environment required.
  3. Human Resources and Payroll experience preferred.
  4. Colleague-Management Information System experience preferred.
  5. Applicant Tracking Software experience preferred.
  6. Must be highly knowledgeable and proficient in the following: M.S. Word, M.S. Excel.

SalaryHiring Range ($3,185 – 3,451/monthly)
