Are you a licensed clinician in Texas ready to take on a leadership role that profoundly impacts children's lives? Deployed Services is seeking compassionate, dedicated Lead Clinicians to join our team in Del Rio, TX, working on a newly awarded contract focused on supporting children facing significant challenges to their physical, psychological, and social well-being.

Role Overview:

As a Lead Clinician, you’ll supervise, guide, and expertly supervise a team of experienced clinicians and deliver critical services to children and their families. This role involves direct engagement, clinical evaluations, and management responsibilities, ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care with a culturally sensitive approach.

Must-Haves:



  • Educational Background: Master’s degree in behavioral health or related field


  • Licensure: Licensed Social Worker (LCSW or LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or a Doctoral-level psychologist (LP) licensed in Texas


  • Experience: 5+ years post-licensure working in child development, trauma-centered care, and clinical evaluations with children and families, plus 2+ years in management and staff supervision


  • Requirements: Must be authorized to work in the U.S., able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS), and pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and background check upon receiving a conditional job offer

Nice-to-Haves:


  • Training in cultural humility, trauma-informed care, and psychological distress management

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills
