The Role:



The Director of Growth Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong data analytic skills, a strong analytical mindset, and a proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.


Please note this role requires working onsite at our headquarters in Brea, California.



Responsibilities:



  • Develop and implement a cohesive digital marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.

  • Lead and manage the paid performance team, including PPC, display advertising, social media advertising, and other paid channels.

  • Oversee SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions.

  • Develop and execute effective email and SMS marketing campaigns to engage and retain customers.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics across all digital channels, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.

  • Utilize strong data analytic skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing strategies.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to ensure a consistent and integrated approach to digital marketing.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to keep our digital marketing efforts ahead of the curve.

  • Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI.

  • Mentor and develop the digital marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.




Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid performance, SEO, email, and SMS marketing.

  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and driving sales and customer acquisition.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

  • Strong data analytic skills, with proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools, email marketing platforms, and SMS marketing tools.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
