The Opportunity

We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to support our Family Medicine office located at 150 Marketplace Blvd, Unit 9 Rochester NH 03867. Weekly schedules consist of 32 hours of patient-facing, clinical time, and 8 hours of administrative time. The APP will work on-site Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Thursdays will be this APP's dedicated remote/administrative day.

The APP will have their own panel of 1200 patients. Our office provides physical examinations, routine health screenings, and preventative care for adults. The goal is to identify and control patients' health risk factors before they become problems. We diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, and promote general health, disease prevention and overall well-being. In addition to offering traditional primary care visits, this practice also offers same day sick appointments. With this model, providers work autonomously to the top of their licensure while also functioning as part of a team. This location also has a free standing lab drawing station open Monday-Friday from 6:45am - 3:00pm.

Are you ready to bring your talent to this team and join us in driving medicine forward? In this full-time role, you will have access to a competitive benefits package tailored to meet your needs!
