ALL4 is seeking a Lead Implementation Consultant to join our Digital Solutions (DS) Practice. This individual serves as a technical expert and manager for the DS Practice Area. The DS Lead Implementation Consultant is the go-to individual within the company for DS project execution, implementation, strategy, and technical advice within DS services. Requirements:
  • Lead requirements gathering, gap analysis workshops, and multi-module demonstrations.
  • Lead solution design.
  • Identify and provide gap closure plans including advanced Configuration options.
  • Implement advanced/complex configuration across multiple modules and/or multiple vendor products.
  • Build solution specific best practices to guide successful software implementation that can be tailored to client specific objectives and requirements.
  • Provide oversight and quality control on configurations.
  • Direct and review configuration completed by other team members.
  • Review traceability matrix to confirm solution is designed to meet client requirements and is working as expected.
  • Provide leadership in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Provide knowledge transfer, best practices, and mentoring to IT team members related to the commercial solutions and IT tools.
  • Provide implementation level of effort and contribute to technical approach for proposal effort.
  • Interact with client and software vendor partner contacts with respect to enhancement requests, bug fixes, and product roadmap.
  • Serve as the primary technical resource to project management and as the technical liaison between junior technical staff and project management staff on large or complex projects.
  • Develop tools to support 1.) the processing and transformation of content prior to import into an MIS solution and 2.) the Extract Transform Load (ETL) process for moving data from one information system to another.
  • Maintains knowledge of emerging technologies and trends in information systems software, applications, and best practices.
  • Build effective teams and enroll members as necessary. Can communicate all facets of day-to-day work within the DS Practice Area to both internal teams and clients.
  • Educate the company on the obligations and considerations of existing clients and prospects within the DS Practice Area.
  • Responsible for defining and suggesting actions that ALL4 can take to expand revenue within the DS Practice Area.
  • Exhibit ALL4's core values in all transactions both internally and externally.
  • Engage with senior resources to ensure best decision-making practices for complicated issues with high visibility and ALL4/client liability.
  • Prepare and present conference papers or presentations.
  • Consistently and reliably meet or exceed profitability and utilization targets.
  • Develop technical approach and cost assumption for proposals and scope of work documents to attain project work.
  • Define and implement configuration documents and schedule(s) to meet contract requirements.
  • Utilize ALL4 project management support systems to ensure project profitability and to satisfy client deliverable and scope of work requirements.
  • Assume technical responsibility and maintain routine and timely communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Plan, organize, and execute projects within technical discipline, while serving as clients' primary point of contact.
  • Ensure project compliance with ALL4 Quality Assurance guidelines.
  • Demonstrate a high-level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues.
  • May be required to coordinate staff.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

  • Acute attention to detail.
  • Engineering or applicable environmental/science/information technology degree and Management Information Systems project experience equivalent to >10 years.
  • Industry recognized advanced configuration skills in one or more Digital Solution platforms (such as Enablon, Cority, Intelex, etc.).
  • Proficient in other digital solutions (such as BI reporting tools, O365 Suite, Power Apps, Power Automate, Python, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively plan, manage and execute specific technical service area projects across industries, while serving as clients' primary point of contact.

  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow proactively.
  • Effective problem resolution and consultative skills combined with the ability to delegate successfully.
